Ammonium Sulfate 21-0-0 is a quick acting form of water-soluble nitrogen that stimulates vegetative growth and produces deep green color. Ammonium Sulfate is extensively used for crop production because it provides efficient nitrogen and readily-available sulfur which aid in plant growth. This fertilizer is paramount in the maintenance of healthy soil and vibrant crop growth by adding general value to alkaline soils. Ammonium sulfate can be stored for longer periods and is not as highly explosive as ammonium nitrate. It lowers the pH of soil, thus very desirable in alkaline soils.

Rate of Application:

• Turfgrass: Apply 2.5 kg per 100 m2. (application at the recommended rates will last about 4 to 6 weeks)
• Groundcover: Broadcast at 2.5 kg per 100 m2 and mix with soil.
• Shrubs & Evergreens: Sprinkle 1/4 cup evenly around the dripline of plant and work into top 2-3 Cm of soil.
• Trees: Apply 100 g per Cm of trunk diameter. Distribute evenly under branches out to drip line.
• Foliar Spray: Mix 1-3 Tablespoons per gallon (3.8 L) of water and spray the leaves with the solution.
