The AgriGrow MAP 12-61-0 (mono-ammonium phosphate) is a highly water-soluble fertilizer which provides a good quantity of both nitrogen and phosphorus to plants. Upon dissolution, the two basic components of the fertilizer separate again to release NH+4 and H2PO-4. The pH of the solution surrounding the MAP is moderately acidic, making it an especially desirable fertilizer in neutral and high pH soils. It can be used as a foliar spray or added to irrigation water. Features that make the AgriGrow MAP a suitable fertilizer for root enhancement, flowering and crop quality. For foliar application spray at a concentration of 3 to 4 per thousand in the early growing season and repeated one month later.
