Sulfate of Potash (SOP) Crystal is a 0-0-50 white granule fertilizer that provides 50% potash and 17% sulfur to crops. Potassium sulfate fertilizer is chloride-free and has a low salt index, less than half that of muriate of potash (MOP). Most often SOP is used on high-value crops like fruits, vegetables, nuts, tea, coffee and tobacco. The fertilizer works better on crops that are sensitive to chloride, which can be toxic to some fruits and vegetables plants.
